All the while working alongside the world class engineers, designers, and data scientists across the Optimism Collective.As a PM at OP Labs, you are fully empowered to identify, prioritize, develop, and ship impactful products to our customers and ecosystem. <h3>What are the role responsibilities?</h3><ul> <li>Lead core protocol and ecosystem initiatives from ideation all the way to delivery</li> <li>Measure yourself on impact delivered to our customers and the Collective</li> <li>Collaborate with a team of world-class engineers and designers</li> </ul><h3>What skills do you bring?</h3><ul> <li>5+ years experience leading growth-oriented and/or technical products</li> <li>Proven track record of working in ambiguous and emerging product spaces</li> <li>Deep strategic thinking coupled with clear, pithy writing</li> </ul>
